A prom... I remember going to mine, but that was a few years ago. I enjoyed myself. It's not for everyone, but it's definitely a fun sort of event even if this seems different than what I went to.

Anyway, I have two things I'd like to ask.

First, if there's anyone who wants something specifically made for them to wear to the prom, I'd like to let you know that I have some talent in fashion. I won't ask for too much right now, although certainly enough to cover the cost of materials and my time, but anything to help since my friend and I just arrived not too long ago... Well, it would be helpful to us.

As for my other question... [He pauses and sighs, shoulders slumping a little bit.] Does anyone have advice for someone trying to quite a bad habit? I'm afraid I might be slipping back into one of mine...

I do want to make sure that you like it, so why don't you tell me about something like your favorite color? It's important to put a little part of yourself into something you wear, after all, even if it's just something like a favorite color.

Red. [ As probably evident from the amount of it she's wearing currently. ]

Red, black, and white. Black is an adult color and pretty gloomy for a party.

Absolutely no pink whatsoever. [ The color pink reminds her of someone she's not allowed to think of anymore. ] I mean it. No pink.

Well, sometimes black can look very sophisticated, but I agree. Red would bring out your personality much better, and it's a very beautiful color. You won't have to worry about the pink. [Although he keeps that in mind just in case it comes in handy later.] Sometimes it can look good with red... But it can be a little tricky.
