[Yet another friend having disappeared- a young girl he'd promised to be there for- has had Garry in a bit of a quiet mood, although never enough that he'll forget Ib. It had hurt for Saionji's promise of coming back after the storm to go unfulfilled, and to find all those Pokemon in his and Ib's PC...]

[And then today he'd gone out aaaaand-]

It's Free Ice Cream Day! [Garry is thrilled.] That's just the sort of thing I think we all need after everything! Ib, we should take Saionji's Pokemon and see if we can't cheer them up with some!

[And something for themselves, of course.]

If anyone else is in Goldenrod, we should meet up! It looks like the weather is beautiful, so there's no better time to meet new people as well.

[Action]

[And indeed- Garry is seated at one of the outdoor seats of an ice cream parlor with Saionji's Pokemon out enjoying treats of their own. Saionji's Pokemon have been... a handful, but it looks like this has managed to distract them for now.]

Maybe that's what the shopping ship should end up as- toys for all our Pokemon. I'm sure it would do wonders for keeping them entertained.

[As the department store comes into view, Garry hums in thought.]

Chew toys or just things to toss around might be good for a lot of my Pokemon... But I wonder what sort of things Hana and Kawa would like since they're bird Pokemon, or Skye... She's a Lapras.

Hmm...well, I know a lot of pet stores back home had things for birds and....other types of animals. Like little bells, and things.

[..What does Lapras count as, though, in comparison to actual animals? ...a turtle...??]

It'd be easier if they were the kind of birds you kept in cages, but they're too big and too smart for something like that.

[They're not even really his Pokemon, it would feel EXTRA rude to do that to them.]

Maybe something like a beach ball? Light enough for them to bounce around in the air.

[Chihiro doesn't have any bird Pokemon himself yet, but...well, he can imagine.]

That could work. I think they'd enjoy something like that. Water types would, too, wouldn't they?

Well...I know Horu is going to need something sturdy, if he's going to be chewing on it a lot. And Hogosha and Isamu would probably just like a ball to play with...
